Tips Cách Trả Lời Điện Thoại For Nails Salon

Đây là những trường hợp khách Mỹ hay khách ngoại quốc gọi vô mà các ACE làm nghề Nails có thể dùng để đối thoại.
Mỗi tiệm Nails Salon nên gắn cái Caller ID. Tại vì khi khách gọi vô mà nghe được các ACE nói tên khách thì khách rất vui.

Thí dụ Mrs. Smith gọi vô tiệm và hỏi:
– “Does Tammy have any openings today?” Và các ACE có thể trả lời như sau:
– “Would this be Mrs. Smith by chance? Hi, my name is Tracy, how are you mam? For you…anything. Let me see what time I can get you in to see Tammy. What works best for you? 1 o’clock or 3 o’clock this afternoon?” “Sound great, we will see you then. Bye Bye.”
Luôn luôn nói chuyện với cử chỉ niềm nỡ và cho khách lựa chọn giờ giấc tiện lợi cho khách để đến làm. Giọng nói ngọt ngào là thêm một điểm son.
Nếu tiệm các ACE không có Caller ID khi khách gọi vô thì có thể trả lời phone như sau:
– “Good morning/afternoon thank you for calling Too Cute Nails Salon (tên tiệm của quí vị) my name is Lily, how may I help you today?”
Nếu khách hỏi thợ làm mà đang bận thì có thể trả lời như sau:
– “Tammy is busy with a customer at a moment ,would you like to leave a message and I have her call you back? May I have your name and phone number please? Alright, I would let Tammy knows that you call her Mrs. Smith and thanks again for choosing Too Cute Nails, see you soon. Bye now! ”
Nếu khách gọi vô tiệm muốn complains thì trả lời:
– “Hi, can I speak to the manager please?”
– “Hi, my name is Lily, our manager is not in right now, is there something I can help you with mam?”
– “Oh okay, maybe you can help me Lily dear, you see I got my Nails set done yesterday at your place and one of my nails broke I hope you can fix it for me could you?”
– ” Awww…so sorry to hear about your broken nail mam, that’s no problem, accident happen and we here at Too Cute Nails Salon would love for you to come in and we will fix it at no cost to you, how’s that sound?”
– ” Great, thanks Lily I’m appreciate it.”
– ” You’re very welcome and thanks again for choosing Too Cute Nails Salon, see you soon, bye now.”
Trường hợp khách gọi vô tiệm lần đầu tiên:
– “Good morning/afternoon, Too Cute Nails Salon, this is Lily how may I help you today?”
– “I like to have my nails done today?”
– “Awww…that’s great. We take walk in or appointments anytime that convenient for you mam. Here is our address and direction…and thanks again for choosing Too Cute Nails Salon, we will see you soon, bye now.”
