At wocprint.com, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team at 833-864-3777 within 7 days of receiving your order (or its scheduled arrival date).
- Design Services: We take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction and strive to ensure you are pleased with our products. To support this, we offer a complimentary design service with your printing order. This service includes:
- Proofing and Revisions: Our process includes providing proofs for your review, ensuring you have complete control over the final product. We offer unlimited revisions to the content of these proofs. All revision requests will be addressed within 24 to 48 hours. Once you have approved and paid for your product, we will proceed to print and ship your order.
All sales are final since every order is custom-made specifically for you. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If there are problems or issues with the received product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve your concerns. Any complaints made after the 7-day period will not be resolved, except on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
At wocprint.com, we guarantee that all our products are free from manufacturing defects and match the final approved proof at the time of delivery. If you find a defect or printing error, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess the issue, and if it's determined to be a manufacturing fault, we will provide a resolution, such as a reprint of the defective item. This quality assurance applies only to issues upon delivery and does not extend beyond that.
Damage After Delivery: Once the product is delivered in good condition, no further warranty coverage applies. Any damage, deterioration, or loss that occurs after delivery is the responsibility of the customer. Specifically, damage caused by external factors such as weather, storms, or flooding is not covered. Outdoor products like A-Frames, Outdoor Banners, Flag Banners, and Window Perforations, etc… are particularly vulnerable to environmental conditions, and any damage resulting from extreme weather, such as high winds, heavy rain, or flooding,etc… will not qualify for refund or replacement. Customers are advised to store these products indoors or secure them during inclement weather to avoid potential damage. This policy is in line with standard industry practices that distinguish manufacturing defects from damage caused by misuse or environmental factors.
You (Customers) will be responsible for fixing any errors discovered in the process, or you can authorize us to print as is; however, you are subject to the following exclusions listed below under File Submissions, and Shipping and Delivery. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for the following:

Currency and Charges: All prices and amounts listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise. When you place an order for printing products, mailing services, design services, or any other services through our site, you agree to pay all charges, taxes, shipping, and processing fees. These charges will be automatically billed to your credit card or another approved payment method, as detailed on our site. Note that once you have approved a print job, no changes can be made to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. Full payment is required before we print your job order.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and you must proofread all files carefully before submitting to WOCPRINT.COM. Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. WOCPRINT.COM is unable to print sexually explicit materials, including photographic genitals, violently explicit materials, and speech promoting hate or violence.
The standard turn-around time for you to receive your products is between 4 to 10 business days. Printing turnaround time begins once from the time you have approved and paid in full for the whole order. For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, printing turnaround begins when we have your print-ready file(s) for your print job, not from when the order is first submitted. If your job or proof is approved by 9:00 a.m. MST, printing turnaround time begins that business day. If your job or proof is approved AFTER 9:00 a.m. MST, printing turnaround time begins NEXT business day. Please note that WOCPRINT office is closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating printing turnaround time. In addition, printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected.
Shipping and Arrival Times: We ship via UPS or Fedex. The standard shipping time is about 4 to 6 days. If you need products faster, please notify our customer service reps and select faster shipping service.
WOCPRINT is committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. However, in order to ensure the best possible experience for all our clients and maintain a safe, cooperative, and productive environment, we reserve the right to refuse service under certain circumstances.

Resolution and Appeals: We understand that misunderstandings and disputes can occur. Clients who wish to appeal a decision to refuse service may do so in writing. The appeal will be reviewed by a designated committee or company official, and a final decision will be communicated to the client.
Modification of Terms: WOCPRINT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
- Non-Cooperative Cancellation:
US PRINT & DESIGN LLC, DBA WOCPRINT, reserves the right to cancel any order in situations where the customer is deemed non-cooperative or intentionally troublesome in finalizing the order. Non-cooperative behavior includes, but is not limited to, unresponsiveness, repeated unreasonable requests, or actions that intentionally delay the order process. In such cases, we will issue a cancellation of the order and charge a design fee. This fee compensates for the resources and time invested in the initial design process.
- Customer-Requested Cancellation After Design Completion:
If a customer requests to cancel an entire order or a portion of the order after receiving the completed designs from us, a design fee will be charged. This fee is applied to cover the costs incurred in the creation and provision of the design services already rendered.
- Design Fee and Payment:
The design fee will vary depending on the complexity and scope of the work undertaken. Customers will be informed of the specific fee at the time of cancellation. This fee must be paid in full as per the payment terms stated in our standard billing policy.
- Acknowledgment of Terms:
By placing an order with US PRINT & DESIGN LLC, DBA WOCPRINT, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms. We are dedicated to working collaboratively with our clients to avoid such situations and encourage open communication to ensure a smooth and satisfactory order process.
- Sales Policy: All sales made through WOCPRINT.COM are considered final. Refunds are not available, except as expressly noted in specific cases.
Limitation of Liability: WOCPRINT's liability for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages is expressly excluded. This applies even if WOCPRINT has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim, breach, or damages arising from our provided services is strictly limited to a refund of the fees paid for the specific product or service that is the subject of the claim. Under no circumstances will WOCPRINT be liable for the costs of procuring substitute goods.
Indemnification: As a customer, you agree to defend and indemnify WOCPRINT against any claims, suits, or actions alleging damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), liabilities, or losses. This includes situations where WOCPRINT, acting as your agent, uses materials such as copy, photographs, or illustrations that others claim to be degrading, libelous, harmful to reputation, or infringing upon trademarks, trade names, service marks, or copyrights. You are also responsible for any claims or actions arising from the conduct of your employees in relation to any mailing services provided by WOCPRINT.
