About us
From 1986 to 1998, P.B. Tran worked for a Vietnamese restaurant chain with locations throughout the U.S. He helped with the company’s expansion, and gradually worked his way up from general manager to international consultant with the expansion to Southeast Asia. He left the company in 1998 to pursue his own venture. He wanted to open a restaurant that he and his wife could run together; something local so that he could reduce the amount of traveling that was required of his previous job. In 1998, Pho Saigon Vietnamese Noodle House was premiered in Midtown Houston.

I will never stop visiting this place. It is just a hideaway for me. It is located in a quite district and I like to come there after work. In the evening when the sun covers the whole room with light and warmness I enjoy my meal and think of my global plans. Everything is perfect here: from basil leaf on pasta to the color of walls. To my opinion Restaurant deserves a Michelin Star.
