I. TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing the website at http://wocprint.com, you, the Customer, agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge your responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. We, US PRINT & DESIGN LLC, doing business as WOCPRINT, reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions regularly whenever you use this site.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

At WOCPRINT.COM, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team at 833-864-3777 within 7 days of receiving your order (or its scheduled arrival date).

+ Design Services

We take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction and strive to ensure you are pleased with our products. To support this, we offer a complimentary design service with your printing order. This service includes:

  • Free Designs: Use of pre-made templates available on our website at no extra cost. You can change up to 3 different designs of our pre-made templates.
  • Custom Designs: We provide ONE free custom design per order. Any subsequent modifications or changes requested will incur an additional fee.

+ Proofing and Revisions

Our process includes providing proofs for your review, ensuring you have complete control over the final product. We offer unlimited revisions to the content of these proofs. All revision requests will be addressed within 24 to 48 hours. Once you have approved and paid for your product, we will proceed to print and ship your order.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final since every order is custom-made specifically for you. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If there are problems or issues with the received product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve your concerns. Any complaints made after the 7-day period will not be resolved, except on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Customer Responsibilities and Exclusions:

You (Customers) will be responsible for fixing any errors discovered in the process, or you can authorize us to print as is; however, you are subject to the following exclusions listed below under File Submissions, and Shipping and Delivery. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for

File Submissions

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by you.
  • We are not responsible for any spelling or grammar mistakes.
  • We are not responsible for checking grammar errors for the Customer. When the customers send us their information, the customers need to make sure that the spelling and punctuation are correct.
  • Design errors or color selection errors introduced in the artwork file creation process submitted by you.
  • Errors in user-selected options such product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
  • Incorrect dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with WOCPRINT specifications.
  • Delivery delays due to improperly prepared files.
  • Duplicate orders by the customer.
  • Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting or other custom services.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by you.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to you.
  • Satisfaction guarantee does not apply to shipping claims. We will reprint orders damaged or lost by the shipping carrier.
  • We reserve the right to have you return the original order before reprinting or refunding your order.
  • We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.

Payment Policy:

Currency and Charges: All prices and amounts listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless stated otherwise. When you place an order for printing products, mailing services, design services, or any other services through our site, you agree to pay all charges, taxes, shipping, and processing fees. These charges will be automatically billed to your credit card or another approved payment method, as detailed on our site. Note that once you have approved a print job, no changes can be made to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. Full payment is required before we print your job order.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods for all purchases:

WOCPRINT.COM Store Credit:

  • Usage: Store credit can be used to cover the full or partial cost of any order, including taxes, shipping, and mailing fees. Store credit will remain valid until it either expires or is fully used, whichever occurs first.
  • Restrictions: Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Artwork Files:

You are responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and you must proofread all files carefully before submitting to WOCPRINT.COM. Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. WOCPRINT.COM is unable to print sexually explicit materials, including photographic genitals, violently explicit materials, and speech promoting hate or violence.

Printing Turnaround Time: 

The standard turn-around time for you to receive your products is between 4 to 10 business days. Printing turnaround time begins once from the time you have approved and paid in full for the whole order. For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, printing turnaround begins when we have your print-ready file(s) for your print job, not from when the order is first submitted. If your job or proof is approved by 9:00 a.m. MST, printing turnaround time begins that business day. If your job or proof is approved AFTER 9:00 a.m. MST, printing turnaround time begins NEXT business day. Please note that WOCPRINT office is closed Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating printing turnaround time. In addition, printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected.

Shipping and Arrival Times We ship via UPS or Fedex. The standard shipping time is about 4 to 6 days. If you need products faster, please notify our customer service reps and select faster shipping service.

Copyright and Property right

WOCPRINT offers FREE designs for our customers ONLY WHEN the customer is printing with us and purchasing our services. Even we provide FREE design service for our customer and make changes per customer’s request, the original artworks files and the designs belong to WOCPRINT. Thus, we will not send the customer our original artwork files. If you need to make changes to the designs, you can contact us and we will fix and print it for you. The customers can receive the original artworks by paying for the design service that we spent to work on your designs.

Right to Refuse Service:

WOCPRINT is committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. However, in order to ensure the best possible experience for all our clients and maintain a safe, cooperative, and productive environment, we reserve the right to refuse service under certain circumstances.

  1. Grounds for Refusal: Service may be refused or discontinued to any individual or organization who:
    • Fails to comply with our Terms of Service, policies, or guidelines.
    • Exhibits behavior that is disruptive, threatening, abusive, or harmful to our staff, other clients, or the business operations.
    • Repeatedly demonstrates non-cooperation or unwillingness to follow reasonable guidelines necessary for the successful provision of our services.
    • Engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
    • Misuses or abuses our services or products in a manner not intended or agreed upon.
  2. Procedure for Refusal: Should a situation arise where refusal of service may be necessary, the following steps will be taken:
    • The client will be given a verbal or written warning (where applicable) explaining the issue and the necessary corrective actions.
    • If the behavior or issue persists, a formal notification of service discontinuation will be provided, along with an explanation of the reasons for this decision.
    • In cases involving legal, fraudulent, or unethical activities, WOCPRINT may terminate services immediately and, if necessary, involve appropriate legal authorities.
  3. Resolution and Appeals: We understand that misunderstandings and disputes can occur. Clients who wish to appeal a decision to refuse service may do so in writing. The appeal will be reviewed by a designated committee or company official, and a final decision will be communicated to the client.
  4. Modification of Terms: WOCPRINT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Order Cancellation and Design Fee Policy

  1. Non-Cooperative Cancellation:
    US PRINT & DESIGN LLC, DBA WOCPRINT, reserves the right to cancel any order in situations where the customer is deemed non-cooperative or intentionally troublesome in finalizing the order. Non-cooperative behavior includes, but is not limited to, unresponsiveness, repeated unreasonable requests, or actions that intentionally delay the order process. In such cases, we will issue a cancellation of the order and charge a design fee. This fee compensates for the resources and time invested in the initial design process.
  2. Customer-Requested Cancellation After Design Completion:
    If a customer requests to cancel an entire order or a portion of the order after receiving the completed designs from us, a design fee will be charged. This fee is applied to cover the costs incurred in the creation and provision of the design services already rendered.
  3. Design Fee and Payment:
    The design fee will vary depending on the complexity and scope of the work undertaken. Customers will be informed of the specific fee at the time of cancellation. This fee must be paid in full as per the payment terms stated in our standard billing policy.
  4. Acknowledgment of Terms:
    By placing an order with US PRINT & DESIGN LLC, DBA WOCPRINT, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms. We are dedicated to working collaboratively with our clients to avoid such situations and encourage open communication to ensure a smooth and satisfactory order process.

Miscellaneous Terms

Sales Policy: All sales made through WOCPRINT.COM are considered final. Refunds are not available, except as expressly noted in specific cases.

Limitation of Liability: WOCPRINT’s liability for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages is expressly excluded. This applies even if WOCPRINT has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim, breach, or damages arising from our provided services is strictly limited to a refund of the fees paid for the specific product or service that is the subject of the claim. Under no circumstances will WOCPRINT be liable for the costs of procuring substitute goods.

Indemnification: As a customer, you agree to defend and indemnify WOCPRINT against any claims, suits, or actions alleging damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), liabilities, or losses. This includes situations where WOCPRINT, acting as your agent, uses materials such as copy, photographs, or illustrations that others claim to be degrading, libelous, harmful to reputation, or infringing upon trademarks, trade names, service marks, or copyrights. You are also responsible for any claims or actions arising from the conduct of your employees in relation to any mailing services provided by WOCPRINT.

II. USAGE LICENSE:

  1. Grant of License: US PRINT & DESIGN LLC grants you a temporary license to download a single copy of the materials (information or software) from our website solely for personal, non-commercial use. This license is not a transfer of title. Under this license, you must not:
    • Modify or copy the materials.
    • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
    • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on our website.
    • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
    • Transfer the materials to another person, or “mirror” the materials on any other server
  2. License Termination: This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by US PRINT & DESIGN LLC at any time. Upon the termination of your viewing of these materials or this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

III. DISCLAIMERS

  1. ‘As Is’ Basis
    The materials on WOCPRINT’s website are provided ‘as is’. US PRINT & DESIGN LLC makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
  2. Accuracy and Reliability
    US PRINT & DESIGN LLC does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or likely results of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise related to such materials or any sites linked to this site.
  3. Limitations of Liability
    US PRINT & DESIGN LLC or its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or due to business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if US PRINT & DESIGN LLC or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

    US PRINT & DESIGN LLC may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms.
  7. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
